• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under relevant statutory and regulatory frameworks. Annual budgeting with the Managing Director

Responsibility for the reporting to the Supervisory Board as well as the Audit and Financial Committee of Hapag-Lloyd AG, including the preparation of the respective meetings and quarterly result reporting...

• Lead the development and refinement of pricing strategies across product lines and regions
• Own and drive the global pricing strategy process, ensuring alignment with business goals
• Implement value-based pricing models based on customer-perceived value

• Lead Swiss Entities: Manage full-cycle accounting for both Swiss subsidiaries, including AP/AR, general ledger, intercompany accounting.
• Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and develop two team members; oversee workload, reviews, and performance alignment.

Lead the German finance organization: You take full responsibility for accounting, controlling, and reporting in Germany, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and scalability as the business grows....

• You provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the Group Controlling team (currently 4 direct reports).
• You lead, manage, and execute the internal planning and budgeting processes across our five operating entities.
