• Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
• Responsible for and lead a significant set of deliverables, leveraging advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment

• Support the Internal Audit coordination for regulatory and external auditor examinations, information requests, meeting preparation, and other ad-hoc requests
• Support the production, review, challenge and coordination of regulatory submissions, including content creation, messaging and tone

• Leading all accounting operations and financial reporting activity across Europe.
• Ensuring timely, accurate internal and external financial reporting.
• Directing statutory audits across Europe and partnering on the consolidated US GAAP audit.

• Ensuring risk items are addressed in a timely manner through effective prioritisation of tasks
• Proactively managing the trade allocation process to ensure timely execution of trade confirmations
• Effectively driving forward business processes and client initiatives

• Support the MSESE and MSBAG Chief Compliance Officer in the following:
• Coordination of the annual Securities Trading Act Audit (WpHG) of MSESE & MSBAG
• Liaison with the Infrastructure functions to provide advice on compliance and regulatory matters

• Targeted company and market research
• Prepare pitch books and other marketing materials
• Conduct detailed financial modeling for M&A transactions, IPOs, and debt and equity offerings

• Develop pricing concepts and guidelines from a commercial perspective, covering list and net price steering as well as trade terms and promotions
• Act as a center of excellence, working closely with market teams and central functions, incl. Sales, Category Marketing and Finance

• Support in the preparation of external and internal consolidated financial reporting of Fresenius Medical Care AG (according to IFRS)
• Preparation of quarterly reports for the Deutsche Börse
• Preparation of the IFRS report according to § 315e HGB

• Advice on complex IFRS accounting and valuation issues in an international environment.
• Monitoring and implementation of changes to IFRS regulations.
• Supporting the global subsidiaries regarding complex IFRS accounting issues.
• Preparation and maintenance of group-wide IFRS accounting guidelines.

• Update and develop the group-wide financial crime risk analysis and provide input for the Firm's Global Risk Assessment;
• Support the derivation of control and oversight activities based on the outcome of the risk analysis and conduct of Financial Crimes related control and monitoring activities;
