• Lead the global Customer Experience (CX) organization across all business units, brands, functions, and regions
• Drive customer-centric transformation from initial attraction through to retention, loyalty, and customer value generation

• Support sales teams by learning about SAS marketing products and how they are used to address customer needs.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and customer advisors to understand customer requirements and help set the right expectations.

• You help to develop exciting, future-oriented concepts along the customer journey together with experts across the company
• You support in collection and analysis of customer insights to identify experience gaps

• You will actively shape the further development of the marketing strategy for NORSAN Netherlands
• You will be independently responsible for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) and develop a monthly editorial and content plan

• Sales of tourist services, including preparation of offers and price calculations
• Copywriting and project coordination for online and offline advertisements and promotional materials
• Support and liaison with cooperation partners and external service agencies

• Create articles, info pages and visuals for IT communication campaigns and formats
• Write editorial texts for internal communication channels
• Organize, moderate and host regular digital events
• Build internal presentations and documents for stakeholders
