• You decide when your start date works best for you and when your permanent employment contract begins.
• Design your program with up to 6 rotations in agile product areas, corporate start-ups, or traditional line organizations.
• Get to know Bosch through an international rotation.

• Support the Global Digital Brand Marketing team in daily digital communication activities across all touchpoints
• Assist in planning, creating, and publishing social media content across global platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)

• Independent management of sub-projects and work packages (e.g. evaluation and maintenance of the BSH innovation portfolio)
• Conducting research and market analyses (e.g. consumer trends, competitors, technologies, and strategy)

• Own the end-to-end MarTech and AdTech roadmap aligned with Clark's growth and retention objectives
• Evaluate, select, and manage tools across Paid Media & CRM, marketing automation, consent management and attribution

• Manage full‑funnel social media channels for the Global Brand Bosch Team across owned platforms
• Support content planning and maintain the social media content calendar
• Track, analyze, and report KPIs to derive actionable insights

• Manage content and brochure publications for your assigned customer portfolio
• Ensure the online content we publish meets high-quality standards
• Regularly communicate with our customers via email or calls
• Collaborate closely with other teams, including Campaign, Sales, and Product
