• Change Management: Plan, assess impact, coordinate, and implement changes.

• Development and implementation of a comprehensive spare parts strategy covering sourcing, inventory management, pricing, and lifecycle management
• Coordination of central and regional warehouses to ensure availability, cost control, and on-time delivery performance

• Lead and develop global operations with direct responsibility for North America and international regions.
• Define and implement end-to-end operational strategies aligned with the company's vision, mission, and long-term objectives.
