• In this project, Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) is our primary tool. You won't just be an observer; you will be an architect of matter. Your responsibilities will include:
• Designing and growing high-quality semiconductor heterostructures.

• Support in the creation of ASPICE-compliant processes for the team and department

Serve as the process expert for offer creation, pricing, approvals, quoting, and order creation, driving simplification, automation, and end‑to‑end process transparency....

• Numerical modelling of chemical reactions between the solid and the surrounding gas.
• Coupling between the flow solver and the phase-field method to account for interface kinetics during solid–gas reactions.
• Optimization and parallelization of the code for efficient execution on GPU/CPU architectures.
