• As part of our growing actuarial team, you are responsible for reserving tasks under local GAAP, IFRS and Solvency II in close collaboration with our Entities.

• Support the definition of internal audit scope and contribute to the development of annual audit plans

• Monitor, analyze, and respond to security alerts, incidents, and suspicious activity across EU systems
• Administer and support endpoint, identity, and access security controls in alignment with global standards
• Perform routine access reviews, privilege audits, and system hardening activities

• Own and govern standardized, scalable global HR process templates for core processes, including documentation and continuous improvement.
• Lead global roll-outs and localization of these processes, ensuring compliance with local legal requirements and strong adoption across all ZEISS countries.

• Steer the development and implementation of business strategies in close alignment with executive leadership for the domain Finance & Controlling from the IT perspective
