• Managing the revenue cycle of a specified group of Partners and fee earners within the firm
• Holding frequent meetings with Partners, fee earners and Attorney Support Specialists to discuss Work in Progress (WIP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) in order to determine most appropriate course of action

• Contribute to the preparation and consolidation of the Group's financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow), ensuring accuracy and consistency of reported data.
• Prepare and monitor monthly reports and KPIs, supporting variance analysis versus prior year and budget.

• Independent daily bookkeeping, reconciliations, invoicing, and document handling

You are the primary point of contact for all tax-related questions within the group and collaborate closely across departments with Management, Accounting, Controlling, and others....

• Oversee the monthly close process for all sites within scope.

• Work closely with Private Wealth Advisors to support and implement wealth management strategies for PWM clients
• Develop and prepare marketing presentations for prospective clients that address equity, fixed income, and alternative investment components of asset allocation

• You provide functional and disciplinary leadership to the Group Controlling team (currently 3 direct reports) and the FP&A team (currently 3 direct reports).
• You lead, manage, and execute the internal planning and budgeting processes across our five operating entities.
