• Develop and maintain automated tests: automate when it makes sense, think about ROI, don't overengineer solutions.
• Own the testing and quality processes of the team
• Improve the development process
• Lead the QAs of the hardware development unit
• Maintain and improve the testing infrastructure

• Ensure an excellent customer experience in close collaboration with our customers and partners
• Support our customers and partners to solve problems and ensure a noticeable top-level satisfaction
• Continuous improvement of our support quality and infrastructure

• Customized Program: Design your program with 4-5 stations in agile product areas, corporate start-ups, or classic line organizations.

• Operate, maintain, and further develop cloud-managed Kubernetes clusters
• Build, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, and Helm
• Automate operational tasks and improve developer workflows

• You develop and maintain a company-wide ecosystem for AI-supported software development - from IDE configurations and AI rules to best practices.
• Every day, you work with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and understand their strengths and limitations.
