• Travel coordination: Booking business trips and handling expense reports for the VP GC and Legal Team Berlin

• Implement global workplace experience standards and programs in the Berlin office, under guidance from the Lead.
• Assist with day-to-day office operations, including facilities coordination and support with vendors (cleaning, security, catering, maintenance).

YOUR TASKS: Tasks to be performed: Realisation of the open-source SFB computational platform based on OpnFOAM in collaboration with projects C6 and C7 Integration and further development of input/output and specific pre-/post-processing functionalities, also in form of a Graphical User Interface...

• Proactive diary management for busy investment bankers
• Arranging travel; organizing and providing detailed travel schedules
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to organize client meetings and full trip agendas
• Processing expenses and invoices in a timely manner
