• Support and execute international projects in the oil & gas sector, taking responsibility for assigned project phases, sub-projects or work packages
• Support and coordinate cross-functional project teams (engineering, quality, procurement, logistics)

• Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Manage calendars for executives including scheduling meetings/conference rooms, both internally and externally
• Plan and coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings and events

• Serve as the main commercial interface for key customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships at operational and decision-maker levels.
• Develop account strategies and guide internal alignment around customer priorities.
• Lead price negotiations, contract reviews and annual commercial discussions.

• Plan, organize, and execute regional trade shows, exhibitions, seminars and customer events etc. with full ownership of timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage vendors, agencies, and logistics partners to ensure seamless execution, cost efficiency, and brand consistency.

• Manage the company's supply chain to ensure that products are delivered on time and to the required specifications
• Work closely with international suppliers, including regular on-site visits
• Identify and resolve supply chain issues, such as delays or quality problems

• Managing correspondence, including the issue of calls for participation
• Managing and updating distribution lists within EUROfusion
• Organising meetings (meeting room booking, Video Conference arrangements, support to guests, etc.)
• Organising travels for Programme Management Unit staff

• Acts as business liaison on Customs matters
• Supports the Senior Manager Customs on special projects
• Acts as liaison point with Customs Authorities in EMEA
• Supports external Customs audits
• Deliver training for colleagues who are not customs specialists
