• develop B2B communication concepts in close collaboration with Strategic Marketing and other internal stakeholders
• design and manage the development of global multichannel campaigns – with a focus on digital channels – based on customer insights for the target group of ophthalmologists

• Identifying, building, and actioning a strategy for expanding FTSE100 accounts in the region
• Tracking, reporting, and iterating on your go-forward plan with leadership.
• Leveraging your network and partnerships.

• Serving as the main point of contact for all customer account management matters
• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Negotiating contracts and closing agreements to maximize profit and growth

• Create fully automated workflows from image acquisition to image analysis
• Collaborate with data scientists to implement hardware automation and computer vision pipelines

• Use of new technologies in SAP's cloud services and products (e.g. machine learning, artificial intelligence)
• Implementation of new or amended data protection requirements based on applicable laws and regulations (e.g. international data transfers)
• Support of strategic data protection programs

• Plan and execute IT audits across the Talanx Group
• Provide advisory and audit support for IT projects, gain insights into regulatory requirements, and contribute to continuous improve­ment of audit methodology
• Participate in business audits to provide IT-specific expertise
