• Manage the overall client onboarding, ensuring appropriate expectation is set with clients and then delivering on the expectation and getting revenue over the line as effectively as possible.
• Participate in sales processes and discovery sessions, to ensure superior demonstrations /presentations.

• Partner with aligned Sales Partners to understand client goals and objectives in order to deliver excellent customer service
• Build Media Plans and contribute to RFP responses around campaign packaging, pricing, targeting, etc.

Support the assessment of current customer solutions from SAP and potential areas of opportunity for faster solution adoption & consumption, as well as footprint expansion....

• Design, implement, and maintain SAP authorization concepts across S/4HANA PCE and related systems.
• Develop and manage user roles, profiles, and authorization objects in alignment with business needs and compliance requirements.

• Host audits and inspections, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
• Manage and support GMP/GCLP procedures, including qualification and periodic review of facility equipment
• Support vendor qualification procedures and maintain related documentation as needed

• Lead and develop EMBL Hamburg's administration team.
• Build and maintain close working relationships with EMBL Hamburg Managers.
• Advise and support the Head of EMBL Hamburg in administrative and institutional matters.
• Oversee and implement the administration control framework, including risk management.
