• Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
• Responsible for and lead a significant set of deliverables, leveraging advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment

• Formulate and lead a wide range of assurance activities to assess risks within coverage area and the state of controls in place to mitigate them
• Proactively identify risk and emerging risk, and factor into risk assessment and assurance coverage

• Contribute to the development of the global investment strategy of Allianz in the private debt space
• Support in large-scale private debt investment proposals (in collaboration with other investment professionals) through qualitative and quantitative investment analysis

• Targeted company and market research
• Prepare pitch books and other marketing materials
• Conduct detailed financial modeling for M&A transactions, IPOs, and debt and equity offerings

• As a Fund Finance Loan Officer; structure, underwrite, negotiate and manage credit arrangements for new business and renewals of existing credit arrangements for assigned transactions.
• Provide effective portfolio oversight and management reporting.

Design & Establish: Pioneer and implement a comprehensive investment controlling framework (reporting, KPIs, valuation, liquidity) for our ventures....

Provide advice and challenge to first line of defense in their creation, maintenance and development of effective systems, controls, policies, procedures and training in order that SSBI complies with Financial Crimes related regulatory and legal requirements...

• Managing the revenue cycle of a specified group of Partners and fee earners within the firm
• Holding frequent meetings with Partners, fee earners and Attorney Support Specialists to discuss Work in Progress (WIP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) in order to determine most appropriate course of action
