• Put a focus on IT/digital project assignments & become part of the digital transformation of aviation
• In the trainee program, you have the chance to focus on IT & digital projects & work on forward-looking solutions with high technological & strategic relevance

• You will support the OKR Program Lead and Group-wide OKR responsible with the community sessions: planning, logistics and communication
• You will support with the creation of OKR materials and resources: course, podcasts, training sheets etc.

• Supporting global venture scouting by identifying and engaging with promising startups in the aerospace and aviation sectors.
• Contributing to the assessment and selection of ventures with strong innovation potential.
• Helping create high-quality venture documentation and presentations.
