• Development and implementation of the PerfectDraft multi-channel strategy (e-commerce, retail, gastronomy)

• to manage event logistics including venues, catering and accommodation
• to support budget planning and expense tracking

Responsibility for the sustainable and timely certification and approvals of devices across four Business Units—particularly in the areas of diamond drilling and cutting, dust management, measuring and fastening tools with various drive systems, robotics, as well as wireless and IT products...

• Maintain and prioritize product backlog and breakdown business requirements to EPICs, User Stories and issues
• Bridge disciplines - think like a product manager, act like an engineer. You translate between users, clients, and your team to ensure real needs are met.

• Actively guiding a new development from idea to granted protection
• Preparing and filing patent applications domestically and internationally
• Conducting patent grant procedures before the European and Italian Patent Office
