Global EHS Strategy: You are responsible for advancing a unified global EHS strategy aligned with company goals, benchmarking against industry standards and best practices, defining global standards while ensuring flexibility for local adaptation....

• Serve as the primary contact for EHS, supporting both internal and external audits (ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 13485) and driving a stronger safety culture.
• Contribute to network and governance initiatives to enhance and strengthen EHS structures, including responsibility for KPI reporting.

• Lead the implementation and continuous development of EHS culture, policies, and standards across the EMEA region and support the global EHS Team.
• Establish a shared vision, clear direction, and accountability framework for EHS across regional sites.

• Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment
• Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules across customer sites
• Ensure strict compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) requirements

• Promote and foster a strong safety culture across all functions by providing expert advice on safety matters as required by ASiG (German Occupational Safety Act).
• Lead behavior-based safety programs to encourage safe practices and accountability.

• Act as a key member of the NCE management team, providing expert guidance on all HSEQ-related matters across the region
• Lead and develop the regional HSEQ team, strengthening capabilities and ensuring effective support to operational activities

• Operate and monitor MBE production systems and associated equipment. 
• Support the execution and monitoring of epitaxial growth processes in a production environment. 
• Assist in process control activities and contribute to continuous process improvement. 

• Upgrade and automate existing measurement and test stations for high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Design and implement automation solutions, including pick-and-place systems, precision alignment processes, and automated measurement sequences.

• Develop, support and implement negotiation strategy for energy products and services at a regional level.
• Analyze energy consumption and develop strategic plans to increase efficiency and ensure supply security.

• Manage all logistic related issues.
• Onsite/ Offsite storage area space management.
• Manage all means of ingress and egress.
• Feasibility study on site logistic plan, such as Construction space reservation, Wall construction on hold, etc.
