• Support European and German business leaders with a wide range of administrative and organizational tasks, including email management, appointment scheduling, and tracking pending items
• Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and credit card claims

• Administer and maintain our on-premise Jira Datacenter system (updates, versioning, monitoring, security).
• Design and implement custom workflows, screens, and fields for different EOS teams and departments.

Office Management: Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our Hamburg office, including supplies, equipment and meeting rooms. Be the go-to person for all things operational — from facility management to IT coordination....

• Lead technical projects from inception to completion, serving as the primary technical lead.
