• Creating, maintaining, and deleting product data in the SAP R3 material master
• Checking, supplementing, and updating product data in a PIM system for BBC Cellpack print and online catalogs
• Creating electronic catalogs in accordance with BMEcat standard and ETIM classification

• Preparation of monthly sales reports and updating and maintenance of customer product databases, customer-related data, and customer price lists
• Processing of all incoming new product information sheets and advertising brochures from customers

• Reviewing certification documents for completeness, accuracy, and plausibility in line with ISCC requirements
• Managing and responding to inquiries from system users via email and phone in a timely and professional manner

• Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or others as applicable), including user management, profiles, roles, and permissions
• Design and implement workflows, validation rules, custom reports and dashboards

• Enable and optimize CI/CD practices to ensure reliable, automated software delivery.
• Own and maintain development and test environments, ensuring stability, scalability, and reproducibility.
• Drive automation across build, test, deployment, and release processes.

• Assisting in the development and delivery of workshop concepts, enablement sessions, and learning formats
• Collecting and structuring data to support our IT colleagues in integrating relevant topics into the HR system
• Preparing and facilitating stakeholder meetings, team meetings, and workshops

• Reward Program Delivery & Operations: Execute annual reward cycles; administer day-to-day processes; maintain data integrity in Workday.​
• System Configuration & Automation: Support Workday configuration changes; test system enhancements and validate quality; document processes and updates.​

• Oversee the day‑to‑day management and maintenance of our office facilities
• Plan, procure, and manage IT hardware, office equipment, and furniture
• Coordinate and supervise external service providers such as technicians, craftsmen, and maintenance partners

• Act as SME for Workday (HCM Core, Time, Absence, Talent Optimisation and Advanced Compensation) and its integrations, advising stakeholders on capabilities and best practices
• Translate business requirements into scalable, fit-for-purpose system design

• Acts as business liaison on Customs matters
• Supports the Senior Manager Customs on special projects
• Acts as liaison point with Customs Authorities in EMEA
• Supports external Customs audits
• Deliver training for colleagues who are not customs specialists
