Management of regional and local Quality & HSE Team and activities as well as implementation of group-wide initiatives and projects, including qualification and personnel development...

• Ensure compliance with requirements according to ISO 45001 as well as monitoring all aspects of occupational safety
• Establish, implement, and continuously develop the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS)

• Monitoring EHS regulations, assessing their impact, developing plans to implement changes, and follow-up on the progress
• Reviewing and reporting on EHS compliance across all Clarios EMEA sites to ensure consistent standards and performance

• Ensuring site compliance with federal and local HSEQ regulations and Syngenta policies and standards, including security.
• Owning the development, implementation, maintenance and improvement of a comprehensive HSE program and related management systems for the site.

• Responsible for receiving incoming green coffee samples
• Prepare and ensure timely dispatch of samples to our customers
• Provide support to the trading team by cupping and grading coffees in accordance with company procedures and business requirements
