• Define design elements from the process requirements
• Set key aspects the process must meet for installation at the Product Technology Center & JTI factories

• Maintain a comprehensive register of all rework, retrofit, and modification activities for the BOXER vehicle and its variants.
• Track progress of open rework/retrofit tasks with industrial partners and suppliers, ensuring clear status visibility at all times.

• Guiding and supporting your team by overcoming roadblocks and exceeding expectations
• Ensuring appropriate staffing for all active Simultaneous Development Teams (SDTs) in collaboration with Program Management and Quality leadership

Following up on production-related nonconformities, supporting root cause analyses, defining and monitoring corrective actions, and preparing evaluations and statistics of nonconformities...

• Maintaining and continuous improvement of the Quality System, including the associated management documentation and ISO certifications
• Planning and coordination of internal audits as per Internal Audit Plan
• Planning and coordination of the yearly Management Reviews including Reporting

• Provides direct supervision, resolves personnel issues, conducts performance evaluations, and performs managerial discipline, as necessary.
• Directly reports to include quality control supervisors.

• Supervise and support on-site quality assurance, addressing technical non-conformities and ensuring compliance with change management protocols
• Coordinate with Supply Management for the Quality Gate 1 and incoming goods inspections

Subject-Matter Expert (SME) for Test Method Development of delivery devices and combination products: Test Method development, including best practices for universal implementation, Test Method Validation/Transfer....

• Take part in the definition of quality objectives for suppliers and supplier management
• Conduct quality audits at suppliers and service providers
• Support Purchasing in supplier selection.
