• Maintain a comprehensive register of all rework, retrofit, and modification activities for the BOXER vehicle and its variants.
• Track progress of open rework/retrofit tasks with industrial partners and suppliers, ensuring clear status visibility at all times.

Taking responsibility for regular product care activities within the Squad. Like handling of non-conformity notifications, leading investigations and root cause analysis, coordinating corrective actions in the manufacturing process, implementing changes to the process....

• Performing manufacturing and quality control testing of semi-finished and finished products in compliance with regulatory requirements (ISO 13485)
• Conducting analytical release of QC results
• Applying your expertise in Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) within QC workflows

• Moderation, creation, and updating of design and process FMEA
• Creation and maintenance of control plans and inspection characteristics
• Conducting first article inspections and sample approval
• Planning and supervision of measurement system analyses and calibrations
• Conducting quality training courses

• Guiding and supporting your team by overcoming roadblocks and exceeding expectations
• Ensuring appropriate staffing for all active Simultaneous Development Teams (SDTs) in collaboration with Program Management and Quality leadership
