• Initiate and lead project teams on Corrective Action/Preventive Action (CAPA) projects

• Main contact for quality-related issues within Supply Chain Management Germany
• Conducting operational-level investigations within the internal Supply Chain Quality Scope

• Lead and execute high-voltage testing activities in compliance with IEC, IEEE, and internal standards
• Design and implement test setups, selecting appropriate HV equipment and methodologies
• Analyze test data, document results, and support root cause investigations and corrective actions

• Review customer specifications and legal/statutory requirements, ensuring compliance with Voith Hydro standards and EQM guidelines.
• Prepare and issue project-specific Quality Plans and documentation (e.g., Inspection & Test Plans, QS, MGS).

• Develop and implement local quality procedures and work instructions to align with contractual requirements, local standards, and Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct internal and external quality audits and reviews.

• Lead global manufacturing quality strategy, ensuring alignment with Voith Hydro's renewable energy objectives.
• Ensure quality oversight across diverse manufacturing processes, with a strong focus on turbine and generator fabrication.
