• Author and revise Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality system documentation in line with ISO 13485 and EU MDR 2017/745 requirements.
• Conduct GAP analyses of the QMS to identify compliance gaps and support continuous improvement activities.

• Maintenance and calibration of equipment.
• Homogenization of the samples (Most of our samples are fruit and vegetables).
• Organizing and managing the storage of samples and waste.
• Implementation of quality assurance measures.
• Participating in the improvement, development and validation of methods.

• Stay up to date and share information with team and clients regarding regulatory changes that impact food safety
• Communicate complex technical information internally and externally to a wide range of audiences (technical and non-technical)

• Lead and manage the hotel's quality function, ensuring compliance with LQA and internal brand standards across all departments
• Define, monitor, and drive achievement of quality goals, ensuring they are measurable and aligned with SMART objectives

• Administer and continuously improve the internal electronic Quality Management System Ideagen Quality Management IQM , acting as a key super user.
• Ensure effective management of CAPA and document control processes.
