• You will work and conduct research on strategically relevant sustainability topics in a practical setting, collaborating closely with management.
• Your tasks will include researching concepts of circular business models in mechanical engineering.

• Monitor and implement changes in EU and international environmental regulations.
• Ensure compliance of all products with applicable standards and maintain a comprehensive regulatory database.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to gather documentation and conduct compliance testing.

• Strategic responsibility: developing, coordinating and embedding the sustainability sourcing strategy in the company with focus on Raw materials.  
• Team leadership: Leading and developing the interdisciplinary sustainability team ("Team Green").
