• Manage ECO’s from End to end by all it’s aspects.
• Support production lines by solving engineering‑related issues and driving yield improvements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, and Supplier Quality to handle process deviations, NCRs, and CAPA activities. (Quality/process capability collaboration)

• Create accurate and detailed 3D models using Solidworks
• Perform reverse engineering of existing products and redesign them in 3D
• Prepare workshop drawings including materials, tolerances and machining instructions
• Design new parts, components and assemblies

• Design and development of test and production equipment for high-precision products
• Hardware and software development in the field of measurement technology using LabVIEW
• Qualification and validation of test systems to ensure production quality
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation

• Plan, direct, and monitor all training and educational activities at the Dunaharaszti plant.
• Coordinate the assessment of professional competency levels for employees working in production, technology, blow molding, and maintenance.
