• Management and development of a highly qualified team of engineers in the field of ELV&LSS
• Responsible for the planning, implementation and supervision of projects in the field of electrical low voltage and security systems.

• Design, develop, and optimize vacuum pumps and compressors to meet product req uirements and ensure compliance with standards and legal requirements.
• Contribute to development projects from concept phase to serial production, collaborating closely with project managers and cross-functional teams.

• Lead and develop a team of senior discipline directors and managers within a complex, multi-disciplinary EPC engineering environment.
• Drive engineering performance, resource and capacity planning, and operational excellence to meet quality, schedule, and cost targets.

• Review customer specifications, industry standards, regulatory standards and internal design guidelines to establish product electrical requirements.
• Performs the requirement analysis and validation planning activities in accordance with automotive functional safety and ASPICE processes.
