• Be accountable for strategic planning and execution of NTT Data Center construction, fit-out, and infrastructure projects, at the respective site(s)
• Manage, develop, and coach a team of internal and external construction managers, project managers, design managers, and general/subcontractors.

• Operate robotic systems remotely using teleoperation interfaces to perform manipulation tasks (e.g., pick-and-place, sorting, assembly).
• Follow defined procedures and task instructions to ensure consistent, high-quality data collection.

• De­sign and en­gi­neer cus­tom mod­ules, com­po­nents, as­sem­blies, or com­plete sys­tems for pho­ton­ics mi­cro as­sem­bly and test­ing.
• De­vel­op, im­prove, and op­ti­mize ex­ist­ing sys­tems with re­spect to per­for­mance, man­u­fac­tur­a­bil­i­ty, re­li­a­bil­i­ty, and cost.

• Ensure that the robotics systems are ready to be used at all times
• Create detailed CAD models, technical drawings, and assembly documentation for testing rigs or needed components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, software, manufacturing) to ensure seamless system integration

• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improving field efficiency.
• Develop and implement action plans for underperforming countries/entities.
• Promote digital solutions to enhance maintenance efficiency.
• Train and mentor field service supervisors on productivity best practices.

• Analyze oilfield data, with a focus on production rates, field trends, and sensor data
• Define and support strategies for oilfield operations and optimization
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand workflows, provide analytical support and deliver actionable insights

• Structuring, planning, monitoring and controlling of complex organizational and technical projects in a national as well as international environment
• Achieving the project cost, quality and schedule goals

• Support development engineers in setting up test facilities
• Assist in conducting test campaigns
• Assist development engineers in performing simple modifications to test samples
• Assist in the evaluation of test results
• Support AES engineers in the obsolescence management of electronic components
