• Your role will be to develop and establish the scientific foundations for a machine learning-based multiphysics framework, using surrogate models trained on validated EHL simulations.
• You will also create a novel, computationally efficient, data-driven design protocol for lubricated components.

• Driving technical project execution by managing subprojects across timing, budget, and technical scope, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives.
• Conducting manufacturing feasibility analyses (DFA/DFM) and PFMEA for new products to guarantee robust and cost-effective designs.

• Lead pursuit engineering activities for automotive low voltage Lithium Ion batteries, Sodium Ion batteries, and super capacitors.
• Collaborate with automotive customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored electronic solutions.

Supporting the implementation of Lean Design and Lean Construction methods across all project phases using PPM (Project Production Management), LPS (Last Planner System), and Exyte standard software....

• Leading engineering projects incl. team lead for vehicle power net testing & vehicle diagnostic
• Plan, execute, document, publish & present status & results to internal & external customers
• Use tools like CANalyzer, CANoe, and data loggers to collect and analyze system data

• Creates and maintains detailed engineering level work plan as tool for guiding and proper engineering execution through ED, DV, PV and launch (as applicable)
• Leads Engineering Development Team (EDT) – mechanism for governing engineering progress
