• Conceptualizing and creating PLC software within the framework of machine and module development, product maintenance, and customer projects in an interdisciplinary context, considering functional, safety, and time requirements
• Developing and testing machine/module prototypes

• Developing software solutions for the control and analysis of high-precision optical systems (e.g., cameras, light sources, optical sensors)
• Implementing image processing and measurement algorithms to optimize optical measurement and analysis tools

• Support in developing a clear product vision for smart factory solutions (e.g. automation, IoT, digital twins)
• Alignment with company goals and stakeholders from production, IT and operations management
• Creation, prioritization and maintenance of the product backlog

Design and develop innovative products aligned with Fischer’s connectivity solutions, including connectors and complex devices....

• Implement and uphold project controls standards and requirements.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans and budgets, including the Project Master Schedule and baseline.
• Monitor and track key project milestones in alignment with contractual obligations.

• Support in the implementation and documentation of quality checks
• Analysis and evaluation of quality-relevant data
• Creation and maintenance of test plans and work instructions
• Participation in internal audits and the monitoring of measures
• Optimization of quality processes in daily operations

• Market observation and monitoring of competitor products in same segment as Hankook, manage and coordinate PQI (Product Quality Index) surveys throughout Europe
• Monitoring of EU Regulations

• Drive and entrenching a Zero Harm culture within Technical Services and its associated service providers
• Ensure full compliance with all statutory maintenance and inspection requirements for Brunsbuettel as well as the timely correction of identified deficiencies

• Develop and strengthen relations with global key accounts
• Proactively develop and propose Aluwind value propositions within manufacturing, sourcing, kitting, global logistics and product development
• Actively participate in defining market strategies for the green-energy segments
