• Responsible for the development and implementation of programme-related strategies, plans, policies and practices.
• Provide programmatic leadership across ESO, ensuring that programmes and projects adhere to established governance, review, risk-management and reporting standards.

• Develop and implement local quality procedures and work instructions to align with contractual requirements, local standards, and Quality Management System (QMS).
• Conduct internal and external quality audits and reviews.

• Analyze and assess electromagnetic systems and communication protocols
• Design and develop tools for signal analysis, automation and electronic defense use cases
• Take ownership of measurement, analysis and research tasks depending on your experience level

• Manage key strategic customer accounts and FMP engine maintenance contracts, driving benchmark satisfaction levels
• Primary liaison between customers and P&WC in support of customer's maintenance activities

• Building an internal startup and drive prototype and product development Interact with key internal and external stakeholders and future customers to understand product requirements
• Shape startup like development and business building environment

• Planning, organization, direction and control of the MAIT programme and personnel
• Establishing and maintaining the AIT plan and AIT schedule
• Inclusion of all necessary operations into the AIT program and procedures to demonstrate contractual compliance in accordance with the AIT requirements
