• Lead the HSE organization, guiding management and business units with strong expertise and clear direction.
• Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory HSE requirements while maintaining cost‑efficient operations.

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, including annual and operational plans;
• Lead, manage, and develop the maintenance team (engineers and technicians), including performance evaluation;
• Ensure maximum availability, reliability, and efficiency of production equipment;

• Contribute to mass production (SVS) projects
• Manage CRs related to the role’s scope
• Create and maintain product descriptions and compositions
• Develop and update risk management files
• Ensure Design Control in close collaboration with QA functions
• Create and maintain specifications

• Service division of the company repairs telecommunication network devices for the world biggest manufacturers.
• The product portfolio is very wide. The devices are used in the base station network of the mobile communication system and also in connected core network.

• Engage with the local business and associates toward the effective promotion of organizational goals.
• Proactively identify and work through obstacles that may hinder associates from focusing on and delivering their individual impact goals.

• Define and execute commodity strategy;
• Working with project, sending the RFQ to the suppliers and finalize the supplier and price;
• Annual price negotiation;
• Support logistics for material shortage where needed;
• Support SQE for supplier claim when needed;
• Supplier lifetime management;
• Other assigned tasks.
