• Provide technical support to the local shop floor and help resolve product-related issues.
• Assist in creating and updating technical documentation (e.g., specifications, manuals).
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand technical needs.

• Development of custom cutting tools
• Ensuring and developing appropriate design methods
• Preparing design documentation for various projects (calculation and analyses, 3D models, customer and manufacturing drawings, maintaining master data in the enterprise resource planning system - SAP)

• Provide technical support to the shop floor and help resolve product-related issues during production
• Create and update technical documentation including specifications, wiring diagrams, and manuals
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to understand and translate technical requirements

• Take part of Flow Chart, FMEA, CP preparation
• Understand customer driven processes and distribute information for the wider team (warranty/specific q. req)
• Regular monitoring and communication of customer requirements issued on the customer portal
• Take part of internal audits

• Support plant quality teams with supplier corrective actions (8D)
• Improve performance of underperforming suppliers
• Strengthen and further develop high-performing suppliers
• Work closely with internal quality teams
• Lead new supplier assessments and audits

• Introduce new products, new projects based on APQP, check and approval PPAP documents
• Handle quality claims related to incoming parts, keep regular contact with suppliers
• Carry out supplier audits, monitor and follow up necessary corrective actions
