• Manage ECO’s from End to end by all it’s aspects.
• Support production lines by solving engineering‑related issues and driving yield improvements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, QA, and Supplier Quality to handle process deviations, NCRs, and CAPA activities. (Quality/process capability collaboration)

• Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and servicing of industrial X-ray and CT systems
• Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and system-level issues during on-site service work
• Providing technical support and training for customers

Provides inputs to drive the design of the technical solution/build appropriate solution based on customer requirements and site specific considerations.
