• Defining short and long-term goals for hotel maintenance and technical operations
• Planning, prioritizing, and delegating daily repair tasks for a maintenance team of 15–20 people
• Developing and overseeing a comprehensive preventive maintenance plan across all areas of the property

• Identify and visit target consultants, architects, main contactors and installers in order to identify projects. Support the consultants and the installers on designing the projects with Panasonic solutions.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal and external partners.
