• Preparation of project documentation for HVAC installation fixings, using the NICZUK system
• Cooperation with construction companies and HVAC design offices
• Cooperation with Sales Representatives in Hungary
• Visiting construction sites
• Being part of the Thale Group's international Design Department

• Daily contact with B2B clients as well as internal stakeholders: Production, Logistics, Customer Service, Quality control and all relevant departments.
• Receive and record orders, keep clients informed on status
• Carefully follow orders and deliveries through the whole workflow and value stream

• Support the execution of annual and long-term maintenance plans (CAPEX & OPEX).
• Coordinate preventive and reactive maintenance with local teams in line with Group standards and local regulations.
• Develop and update maintenance procedures, checklists, and technical documentation.
