• Lead the development of project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements for assigned projects
• Define project scope, deliverables, and success criteria in close alignment with stakeholders
• Prepare, submit, and manage project budgets; forecast resource needs and manage variation orders

• Assure the quality of the electrical integration for utility-scale BESS projects (incl. grid connection certification)
• Act as the key technical integrator in projects between EIS, TSOs/DSOs, EPC contractors, OEMs, and engineering consultants

This role operates within a dual reporting structure, reporting to the Implementation Department at E.ON Energy Projects GmbH and to the CTO-led Solutions Portfolio department within the central function of E.ON Energy Infrastructure Solutions (EIS)....

• Lead complex PCB redesign and electronics development projects from requirements definition through production release.
• Own the technical planning, execution, risk management, and tracking of electronics development activities.
