• Management of the assigned work package from mobilisation to handover
• Review of scope, drawings, specifications, programme, procurement status, and subcontractor deliverables
• Coordination of daily and weekly activities with the subcontractor and site team

• Ensure all installation activities are performed in accordance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Implement quality control measures to ensure the reliability and performance of installed HVDC Valves & HVDC Primary Equipment.

• Drive quality reviews, performance monitoring, and management of HSEQ records in collaboration with Package Managers and site teams
• Ensure compliance with project HSEQ procedures, reporting systems, and the Project Quality Plan

• Take global responsibility for Energy Management across all seven international sites (six in Europe, one in the US)
• Conduct energy reviews, energy audits and general QHSE audits
• Define and analyse Energy Performance Indicators (EnPIs)
