• Contribute to strategy development across MOL Group’s Chemicals portfolio
• Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis to drive strategic decisions

• Develops labor standards by analyzing work samples and methods; measuring work performance.
• Improves labor utilization by studying work methods; testing modifications; designing new methods; recommending job restructuring.

• Lead Process Audits and Process FMEAs
• Ensure Process Control Plans are applied and aligned with FMEAs
• Functionally manage Quality Control within Production
• Create and maintain quality control documentation, ensure training and compliance
• Manage derogations
• Participate in defining surveillance tests

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies, including annual and operational plans;
• Lead, manage, and develop the maintenance team (engineers and technicians), including performance evaluation;
• Ensure maximum availability, reliability, and efficiency of production equipment;

• Daily contact with B2B clients as well as internal stakeholders: Production, Logistics, Customer Service, Quality control and all relevant departments.
• Receive and record orders, keep clients informed on status
• Carefully follow orders and deliveries through the whole workflow and value stream

• Review 3D Models and piping drawings from other Hungarian or foreign Designers, or Vendors, in comply with Hungarian / EU Codes and Regulations
• Domestic city water tie-ins and building plumbing design
• Industrial piping works including high pressure and/or corrosive fluids piping systems

• Lead discipline engineers to initiate, collaborate, and complete engineering design tasks.
• Review design and shop drawings from Hungarian and international engineering designers or vendors, ensuring full compliance with Hungarian and EU codes and regulations.

• Review instrumentation designs and control philosophies from other Hungarian or foreign Designers or Vendors in comply with Project Requirements and Hungarian / EU Codes and Regulations
• Developing and/or update Control Philosophy for existing or new control systems

• Mastering optical manufacturing technology that is virtually unique in Hungary
• Technical coordination with partners regarding manufacturing, development, and any complaints.
• Preparing measurement setups and documentation
• Analysis of quality issues, root cause analysis (8D; FMEA, etc.)

• Plan, direct, and monitor all training and educational activities at the Dunaharaszti plant.
• Coordinate the assessment of professional competency levels for employees working in production, technology, blow molding, and maintenance.

• Improving and maintaining QA related processes in VS
• Ensuring alignment with ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA and Coloplast Quality Management System
• Creating, implementing QA related documents
• Preparing systems for ISO / FDA and internal audits
• Organizing QA trainings

• Full lifecycle management of production equipment (installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, upgrades, and decommissioning)
• Development and execution of short- and long-term maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance)

• Following, introducing, and communicating international standards and regulations related to our products
• Identifying risks to the safety of our products
• Change and crisis management activities in matters affecting product safety
• Defining of MAM's internal requirements based on international standards

 Plan and organize acceptance shooting for all RHUN weapons.  Conduct equipment verification/weapon testing in accordance with acceptance protocol with customer and quality participation.  Train RHUN personnel in conjunction with the Training Manager on range operations and its safety requirements....

• Performing failure analysis for different SolarEdge products
• Daily monitoring of production yields and failures
• Determine root cause for failures under investigation and suggest corrective actions.
• Cooperate with RnD and reliability department

• Review load calculations, and engineering designs from other Hungarian or foreign Designers & Vendors in comply with Hungarian / EU Construction and Engineering Codes and Regulations
• Review shop drawings from Hungary or foreign manufacturers in comply with Hungarian / EU Codes and Regulations

• Prepare electrical drawings and harnesses for products
• Design and build electrical and control systems as required
• Lead cost-reduction changes to electrical systems
• Support production and supply chain for electrical components
• Coordinate with R&D, procurement, production, and quality teams
