• Review customer specifications, industry standards, regulatory standards and internal design guidelines to establish product electrical requirements.
• Performs the requirement analysis and validation planning activities in accordance with automotive functional safety and ASPICE processes.

• Product requirement & verification definition efforts
• Hardware design and development from concept to manufacturing drawings
• Integration of designs into global assemblies
• Maintenance & improvement of design and production engineering processes

• Take the lead on electro-optical characterization tools/laboratory and related LabVIEW software.
• Perform routine characterization of optoelectronic components and reporting.
• Perform statistical data analysis and draw consistent conclusions, including reporting.

• Management of the Electrical Systems under your control.
• To support the engineering requirements through managing & liaising with Key Project Stakeholders (Client design team, Main contractor, Suppliers, Sub-contractors, etc).

• Management of Site Safety in conjunction with the Mercury Safety Advisor.
• This will include the setup, management of and closing out of the safety file as part of the Management team.
• Supervise and Inspect work to ensure compliance with standard procedures and electrical assignments.

Manage the co-ordination of the civil work packages including subcontractor onboarding, EHS, QAQC, schedule, design & handover....

• Provide project leadership and direction to the BIM team on designated projects
• Performance mange BIM personnel on designated projects – delegating and managing the workloads as required
• Provide mentorship and guidance to BIM project team
