• Design, develop and establish manufacturing and QC processes for manufacturing.
• Support design transfer and regular production activities.

• Analyze customer specifications and identify applicable requirements
• Propose alternatives aligned with internal manufacturing standards

• verify mixed-signal designs on block and system level resting upon formal and functional verification
• interpret product requirements to create the verification concept and the product verification specification
• perform random-constraint testbenches according to the state of the art

• You further develop the core firmware of our products – with a focus on performance, stability, and future readiness.
• You keep our real-time operating system up to date and handle migrations to the latest versions.
• You proactively identify necessary updates and implement them independently

Develop high performance analog / mixed-signal architectures & circuits from initial concept through prototype approval and until production ramp, including design for: manufacturability, yield, test, and reliability...

• Leading design of the vehicle mechanisms through design phases until qualification and acceptance
• Requirements definition for vehicle mechanisms
• Driving trade studies, manufacturing optimization and performance for mechanisms

• Own and drive material quality strategy for critical cell components, ensuring alignment with product performance and manufacturing needs
• Lead structured problem-solving efforts (8D, Shainin, DMAIC) for material-related issues impacting cell yield, safety or performance
