• Coordination of production and assembly activities of a max. 3 heads production team
• Testing and logging of optical-mechanical components/assemblies in prototype construction
• Mechanical and electrical adjustment of assemblies
• Use of typical test and measurement equipments

• Actively participate in root cause analysis
• Have an effective approach to problem solving (8D methodology and Six Sigma)
• Continuously contribute to quality improvement

Develop and improve quality plans to assure harmonized requirements of manufacturing process, customers and engineering....

• Review customer specifications, industry standards, regulatory standards and internal design guidelines to establish product electrical requirements.
• Performs the requirement analysis and validation planning activities in accordance with automotive functional safety and ASPICE processes.

• Defines and develops the Global Process Engineering strategies and plans
• Interface with site leaders, Global Engineering heads and other global functional leads to ensure that strategies, plans and activities are integrated and aligned with the overall corporate objectives

• Lead pursuit engineering activities for automotive low voltage Lithium Ion batteries, Sodium Ion batteries, and super capacitors.
• Collaborate with automotive customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored electronic solutions.

• Support pursuit engineering activities for automotive low voltage Lithium Ion batteries, Sodium Ion batteries, and super capacitors.
• Collaborate with automotive customers to understand their requirements and provide tailored mechanical solutions.

• Technical responsibility in development projects in the field of Intraocular Lenses (IOL)
• Responsibility for the technical support of existing products throughout their entire lifecycle and assistance with approval in international markets
