You have the overall responsibility (contract, business case, sales and budget responsibility) for all military programs of Diehl Aerospace and assume the technical and disciplinary leader­ship of the assigned program managers....

• Coordination of system and segment operation as much as the service engineering team
• Coordination of technical and operational System Level aspects with the operations managers (MOMs, SOMs and others) and engineers of the Centers and Segments

• Development and implementation of power and control electronic boards for complex medical laser devices.
• Creation of electrical circuit and wiring diagrams for complex medical laser devices.

• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improving field efficiency.
• Develop and implement action plans for underperforming countries/entities.
• Promote digital solutions to enhance maintenance efficiency.
• Train and mentor field service supervisors on productivity best practices.
