• Ensure compliance with EO-related safety and environmental regulations.
• Supervise and complete documentation and reporting for audits and regulatory requirements.

• Lead the Propulsion System section within the Technical Investigation department.

• Planning of Preventive Maintenance and Corrective Tasks
• Defining relevant resources, material requisition, and documentation
• the resources (infrastructure, manpower, OEM and subcontractor)
• the material requirements with the Heads of the respective Divisions, the warehouse management and the Navy.

• Check and plan technical interventions by reviewing manuals, reference documents and required qualifications as well as identify the necessary tools, spare parts and documentation
• Support to prepare technical estimates when needed and carry out repair or maintenance work off-site

• Global responsibility for the Engineering division in accordance with the Chief Technology Officer's (CTO) specifications
• Integrated product development with platform and product management, production and purchasing to ensure market-compliant and production-ready solutions

• Shape and implement the company's innovation and process strategy in alignment with long-term growth and sustainability objectives
• Drive R&D and sustainability initiatives and ensure that innovations are successfully transferred into scalable industrial operations
