• Oversee structural analysis of propulsion hardware, including tool development for thermo-mechanical, thermal, dynamic, and fatigue analysis.

• Proven ability to architect and implement complex digital systems (MCU, DSP, accelerators)
• Strong RTL design skills with production‑quality IP
• Solid understanding of design intent, timing, and power
• Ability to translate system requirements into hardware architectures
