• Management of the Electrical Systems under your control. 
• To support the engineering requirements through managing & liaising with Key Project Stakeholders (Client design team, Main contractor, Suppliers, Sub-contractors, etc). 

• Management of the Mechanical Systems under your control.
• To support the engineering requirements through managing & liaising with Key Project Stakeholders (Client design team, Main contractor, Suppliers, Sub-contractors, etc)

• Lead and mentor a team of airborne electronics engineers, coordinating daily activities andfostering a high performance, collaborative environment.
• Drive efficiency, evaluate and refine existing workflows, tools and processes to boostproductivity.

• Manage projects in the high-voltage infrastructure sector (overhead lines, underground links, mainly HVB)
• Contribute to business development in France, respond to tenders and conduct commercial negotiations
• Act as the primary technical contact for projects in France

System Architecture Specifications: Create and maintain architecture specifications, interface definitions, and integration plans as the foundation for hardware, firmware, and software development teams....

• Drive continuous improvement in factories globally.
• Collaborate with stakeholders worldwide on comprehensive projects.
• Take on a co-leadership role and provide coaching for initiatives aimed at optimizing manufacturing costs and identifying opportunities within the global factory environment.
