• Ensure each site supports effective CAPA implementation and continuous improvement.
• Lead the CAPA Review Board to drive alignment with quality goals and expectations across the organization.

• You provide technical support and monitoring of the assigned ships
• You ensure compliance with classification and flag state regulations as well as international safety and environmental standards (ISM, ISPS, MLC)

• Take ownership of all program aspects, defining the critical path and identifying key risks
• Develop robust project plans with the Technical Project Leader and the Director of Engineering, validating logistics, resources, and lead times

• You coordinate directly with the Business Unit Manager.
• You take overall technical responsibility for all projects within the Business Unit Boeing.
• You own the system architecture and define the technical solution strategy.
• You lead and coordinate interdisciplinary engineering teams.
