Reporting to the After-Sales Services Customer Service Senior Manager, you ensure consistent After-Sales Services pricing and contribute to the development of commercial communications. • Define and execute Marketingand Communications activities according to AIPPI Strategy (all media, incl. social media) 
• Content manager, marketing, media relations, and corporate communications and campaigns (media and digital) 

• develop B2B communication concepts in close collaboration with Strategic Marketing and other internal stakeholders
• design and manage the development of global multichannel campaigns – with a focus on digital channels – based on customer insights for the target group of ophthalmologists
