Als Director of Brand & Marketing tragen Sie die Gesamtverantwortung für Marke und Marketing des Badrutt's Palace über alle Touchpoints hinweg – Hotel, Restaurants, Bars, Spa, Retail und Events....

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales & Marketing Department, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Assist the Director of Marketing & Commercial Strategy and Director of Sales with various administrative and coordination tasks.

• Lead and further develop the commercial cargo services portfolio in line with financial targets, customer expectations and dnata Group standards
• Drive profitable growth through acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing partnerships

• Maintain, enhance, and continuously optimize websites, landing pages, and microsites
• Ensure high standards of performance, usability, and technical excellence across all digital touchpoints
• Deliver seamless, user-centric digital experiences aligned with business objectives

• Own German Retention Marketing planning and execution processes across core CRM channels, specifically push notifications and emails.
• Optimise CRM customer journeys, segmentation, targeting, and voucher programs to drive high-impact engagement and conversion.

• Create performance-focused copy for landing pages, paid social/SEA, CRM/email and additional touchpoints across the user journey
• Support with video scripts, campaign messaging, and customer-facing materials for digital and print
• Translate marketing goals into clear and consistent communication

• Development and implementation of market launch strategies for Edenred‘s EV products to achieve a strong positioning in the mobility ecosystem
• Use of generative AI tools for faster campaign creation, personalisation and content optimisation

• Partner with aligned Sales Partners to understand client goals and objectives in order to deliver excellent customer service
• Build Media Plans and contribute to RFP responses around campaign packaging, pricing, targeting, etc.
