• You will translate brand strategy into flawless in-market execution across channels — modern trade, wholesale and on-trade — partnering closely with Sales and Brand teams
• Own the Trade Marketing calendar: promo planning, channel programs, activations and seasonal peaks from idea to execution

• Supporting the Brand Manager in the execution of brand strategies, including both ATL and BTL marketing initiatives.
• Planning and delivering brand activations on time and within budget
• Coordinating closely with creative and media agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging

• Marketing administration in internal systems, including budget and deadline tracking;
• Coordination and quality control of marketing materials (presentations, advertisements, POS materials);
• Liaison with foreign subsidiaries and external agencies;

• Drives sales and market share growth with a direct effort to attain or exceed annual and quarterly sales and profit.
• Analyze market and sales data and identify opportunities for continuous development of the business.
• Manages sales and promotion expenses according to the target.

• Managing on daily basis content exposure on the showcase of the platform
• Preparing communication to subscribers
• Working closely with Marketing Department
• Preparing and executing the roadmap of content promotion (TV channels and VoD)
• Creating TV and VOD collection
• Tracking TV and VOD performance

Develop and implement internal communication strategies and action plans for business and functional units in cooperation with partner organizations, ensuring alignment with MOL Group’s overall communication objectives....

• Define and implement quarterly commercial marketing plans, starting from objectives (“what do we want to achieve”) rather than available budgets.
• Ensure alignment with both local business priorities (BDM) and regional strategies (TMM).
